Lounge; heated & air conditioned viewing-waiting room for observing riding lessons, training, watching TV, movies or fireplace.

All horses boarded are provided with 10 x 12 horseman choice stalls cleaned daily and provide sawdust.
All horses are brought in and grained evenings and mornings then turned out into individual paddocks or pastures.
All horses are on a regular worming program, and hoofs trimmed and shod if desired on a regular schedule.
Schedule regular horse dentistry is provided.
Regular fall and spring shot vaccinations.
Standard requirement all new horses must have current health certificate or negative coggins.
